2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, operating system, referrer) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set any advertising cookies. Technically necessary cookies are only set when logging in to the admin area. So that the logo intro only plays once per visit, a flag is stored in your browser (sessionStorage) and deleted when you close the browser (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

4. Security (Wordfence)

To protect against attacks, I use the security plugin Wordfence by Defiant Inc., 1700 Westlake Ave N Ste 200, Seattle, WA 98109, USA. The firewall checks incoming requests on this server, which involves processing your IP address. To detect known attackers, IP addresses of suspicious or blocked requests are transmitted to Defiant; a transfer to the USA is possible. 5. Audience measurement (Burst Statistics)

To find out which pages and releases are viewed, I use Burst Statistics. The analysis runs entirely on this server; no data is passed on to third parties. Anonymised usage data is collected (pages viewed, time on page, referring page, device type, browser, country); the IP address is not stored. Measurement takes place without cookies and without accessing your device. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (improving the website). A Do Not Track signal from your browser is respected.

6. Fonts

All fonts are loaded locally from this server. There is no connection to Google servers.

7. YouTube videos

Videos are only loaded after you click the play button (two-click solution), using the privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com. Only then is data such as your IP address transmitted to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; a transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). More information: policies.google.com/privacy

8. Links to music and social media platforms

This website contains plain links to Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer, SoundCloud, hearthis.at, Discogs, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X and Facebook. No content from these services is embedded; data is only transmitted when you click a link and open the respective site. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.

9. Contact by email or phone

If you contact me by email or phone, I process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them as soon as they are no longer required.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw any consent given with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
